Hegmataneh Museum is located in an area of 25 hectares which is in the Ancient Hegmataneh Land. The instruments inside this museum would be divided into two parts of historical and Islamic. The historical part contains instruments that were discovered in the ancient Hegmataneh land and other hills and historical sites of Hamadan Province. The Islamic part contains earthen, stone vases, and other related instruments that date back to after the entrance of Islam to the country.
Recently a new part has been added to Hegmataneh Museum in which only the new discoveries of the ancient land are kept. We can also mention the library, repair workshop, and photography workshop.
