Molla Hassan Kashi Mausoleum

Molla Hassan Kashi was a religious poet of the Safavid dynasty. Sultan Tahmasp I of the Safavid dynasty founded the present construction of the mausoleum on his tombstone to honor him. Most of the poetries of this great poet were in honor of Ali ibn Abi Talib, the first Imam of Shia Muslims. Part of the interior decoration Molla Hassan Kashi Mausoleum has been completed during the Qajar period.
